Deciding to make a podcast is just the first step. What happens when you step up to the microphone? Here from Manoush Zomorodi (Note to Self), Megan Tan (Millennial), Marlo Mack (How to be a Girl), Gretchen Rubin (Happier) and Andrea Silenzi (Why Oh Why?)
Megan Tan, creator and host of the podcast Millennial, speaks during our session "Creative Technologies."
Inspired by US podcasts like Women of the Hour and Call Your Girlfriend, Can U Not? is one of a new crop of Australian podcasts centred around entertaining and insightful critiques of pop culture - as young women experience and enjoy it.
Instead of following the modern customary path of college to graduate school, as her classmates were doing, Megan Tan stepped out of the boxed comfort of such structure and set out on an open path. In this quick, inspiring talk, she shares how she designed her own pursuit of a dream whose job description didn't fit in a traditional box.
